How to prepare your tea: I recommend using alkaline or spring water for your tea, but any water will do. Put about a tablespoon of Facil into the steamer we've provided for you (or any tea steamer will do,) and brew it at 200 degrees for 3-5 minutes.

While your tea is brewing, nestle into a quiet spot and hold your teacup in your hands. Close your eyes and feel the energy of ease pouring through your body. Take a few deep, cleansing breaths, and repeat the affirmation, “I invite ease into my Life right now.” You can drink Facil plain as it has a natural sweetness to it, or you can sweeten with honey or sugar if you'd like.
