I created this spray out of pure desperation. I suffered from insomnia and restless sleep since I was a child, and this spray became my solution! It ushers you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to bring bliss and serenity into your slumber for a more restorative, healing sleep. It creates an internal environment of surrender that invites you to receive guidance from your Higher Self and Spirit Team with no resistance.

This spray contains spring water that has been charged with a sound bath, a proprietary blend of essential oils, and the following stones:

  • Amethyst opens and activates your crown chakra, provides a soothing and serene frequency, and helps to settle the mind.
  • Rose Quartz draws in love.
  • Lapis Lazuli promotes peace, clarity, and emotional healing
  • Selenite is a calming stone that instills deep peace, clears confusion, and aids in seeing the bigger picture.

Spray over yourself from head to toe, on your headboard, and pillows at bedtime or before meditation. Just before laying down, spray in front of your face and take a few deep breaths. It can also be used a room spray.
