We've put together a restorative experience just for you. Led by Master Certified Professional Life Coach and Healer, Stephanie Alva, this 4-day weekend was designed to facilitate deep relaxation, healing, and connection. The stress of everyday Life can simply be too much sometimes, shattering our sense of peace. Maybe you've endured a personal trauma or loss and you need healing or you're asking yourself the questions, "Why me?", and "When will things get better?" Shoot, the stress from the pandemic is more than enough to push someone over the edge! Retreat Yo Self 2022 offers you solace, peace, and a safe place for surrender, restoration, and healing.
The Retreat Yo Self co-ed experience includes a variety of healing, radical Self-devotion/Self-care, Life Designing and manifestation modalities. In addition to the workshops with Stephanie, you will have the opportunity to relax, take daily walks, indulge in private reflection, swim, fish, paint, interact with other attendees, enjoy bonfires, and more! The most indulgent part?! Each attendee will even receive a healing massage from our Massage Therapist, Angelica. AND we're ending the weekend with a Day Party!
