All in-person sessions require the wearing of a mask until further notice. Your temperature will also be taken before we begin.

If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, illness, negative habits, stagnation, addictions, emotional wounds or trauma, or if you have chronic pain, are recovering from surgery/treatment, or if you simply want to rebalance your body, mind, and soul, reiki is for you.

During your reiki experience, I will help you to manifest whole health and wellness, as I guide you back to your highest self and your core of peace, which is where all perfect life designs begin. With reiki, emotional and physical healing is yours!

Short-term and long-term clients with a regular schedule qualify for discounted rates.

  • Individual - In-person, a travel fee of $70.00 will be added
  • Couple - In-person, a travel fee of $70.00 will be added
  • Group (3 to 10 people) - In-person, a travel fee of $70.00 will be added

I am so excited to share your reiki experience with you! Please prepare for your session in the following ways:

  • Make sure you are in a quiet, safe, and comfortable space.
  • Please be on time.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothes. As with massage therapy, if you choose to be nude, with a small towel or sheet covering, you are welcome to do so.
  • Your session will be recorded, but you are welcomed to bring a journal and pen with you to take notes.
  • Have any questions or issues you want to cover prepared ahead of time. For short-term and long-term clients, please have any lifework you were assigned with you and completed.
  • You are welcome to bring water, tea, etc. with you to your session.
  • Bring Kleenex. Sometimes, ish gets real! If you are an in-person client, Kleenex will be provided for you.
