Metamorphosis is a perimenopausal woman’s best friend! Your therapeutic oil is made with jojoba oil, a proprietary blend of essential oils, and fresh basil from my garden (helps to increase your estrogen levels, improves your mood, and is helpful with cooling those wretched hot flashes). It also contains the following stones:

  • Carnelian boosts energy, gives relief from depression, and helps balance your sacral chakra. It cleanses, clears, and emits healing energy to the reproductive system as you journey through this transition.
  • Citrine helps to control hot flashes. It balances the yin and yang and works with your solar plexus, sacral, and third eye chakras by enhancing the energy flow between them and alleviating symptoms of perimenopause.

Apply to your feet (top and bottom) and rub across the back of your neck. Can also be applied to your solar plexus, sacral, and third eye chakras for relief as needed.

    I just wanted to follow up and tell you that I tried all of the products and I love them. The “Love Me Some Me” bath salts and mist are great. I felt invigorated after taking a bath. My favorite is the Aligned spray. I have used it several times. I spray before journaling and bed. I’m also very happy to say that I tried the Metamorphosis oil. I could tell that my cycle was starting soon and that is when the night sweats usually occur. I noticed a decreased amount of sweating. I’m keeping track of my experience with it.

    I also want to thank you so much for my Angel Card reading. I really felt inspired.
