Stephanie Alva is the Founder of My Life Keys Coaching Practice and is an internationally renowned Master Certified Professional Life Coach, Healer, and Transformation Specialist. She is also a Reiki Master, author, alchemist, philanthropist, mentor, and empowerment speaker. She has this uncanny ability, no matter how bad your situation may be, to convince you that all things are working together for your highest good. Stephanie has lived an adventurous life filled with many experiences, which is what prepared and enabled her to be an effective life designer. She has overcome low self-esteem, self-hatred, severe depression and anxiety, suicide attempts, abusive relationships, abandonment, broken family, homelessness, and everything in between. As a result of her experiences, she created a life coaching practice that has transformed not only her own life but the lives of millions of people, through her coaching, workshops, retreats, affirmation CD’s, books, Daily Life Keys, social media presence, and her new line of Life Designer products.
